Please note!!  This form is for reservation only and does not constitute an agreement to use the venue.
After submitting your application, please have your pastor call us to confirm. We will evaluate whether to allow the use of the venue. Thank you for your cooperation!

VENUE RULES AND REGULATIONS

  1. We do not accept participants under the age of 12.

  2. Cooking on premises is strictly prohibited - Users are free to bring their own food or order delivery.

  3. Please bring your own toiletries.

  4. Please bring your own sleeping bags.

  5. Please bring your own sound system, micphone, computer and projector.

  6. Please keep the venue clean.

  7. Venue users should safekeep their personal belongings. The venue booking applicant / organization will be liable for any lost items. 

  8. Please do not bring valuables into the venue. GPGS is not liable for any loss.
